The old-fashioned technique of brining is the go to for professional chefs and home cooks alike to make the most succulent, tasty meats without a salty taste. Combined with water, the brine draws moisture and flavor into the meat, keeping it tender and yummy as it cooks.
Zesty blend of dried ginger, allspice and garlic with brown sugar and sea salt. Perfect for pork, but delicious with poultry too!
How does it work? Simply add to 2-3 gallons of water, bring to a boil, cool and add your bird, and refridgerate for 18-24 hours. Remove from brine and soak in fresh water 15 minutes, pat dry, and roast with your favorite recipes.
